To make an appointment for the perfect treatment, please contact the spa where we will be delighted to assist you.

Age Requirements
The minimum age requirement to experience treatments is 5-10 years old for kids massage treatment.

Healthy Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation.

PREGNANCY
We have specially designed treatments for expectant. Please allow the spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are suitable for you during this special time. Unfortunately we do recommend any spa treatments until 7 months of pregnancy.

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE SPA.

Cancelation Policy
If you have booked Alacarte spa or packages spa with us, we ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled treatment time, so you can complete our consultation form and begin your relaxation experience. For your cancelation please inform us 6 hours before your time of treatments.

For Ala Carte menu and Spa Packages are subject to 12.5% government tax
